work,” she said hopefully.

“It’s a Copy Cat,” Professor Toyjoy

explained enthusiastically. “You put

different-colored clay in the machine,

and scan your favorite toy with the

scantastic scanner, then the Copy Cat

computer gadget tells the machine to

make an exact copy of the toy.”

“Then you can have twice as much

fun!” Harry said.

“That’s the idea.” The professor

sighed. “But it isn’t quite correctish

yet…” He switched on the Copy Cat

and handed what looked like a TV

remote to Ruby.

“Let’s try it!” Ruby said, running
